The IANTD Recreational Trimix Diver program provides Sport Divers with a safer breathing medium within the depth limits of sport diving (39 meters/130 feet), whilst utilising helium to give an Equivelent Narcotic Depth (END) of between 12 and 24 meters (40 and 80 feet).
